The toddling town has a new Mayor.
Yep. Rahm Emanuel has won the Chicago Mayor election today, and it wasn't even close. With 87% of the ballots now counted, Emanuel has a commanding lead over all his five rivals.
Here is the latest results from the Board of Elections Commission in Chicago.
